Once you subscribe, we open your private Slack channel and confirm your access. Your human account lead sends a welcome message and helps you provide what we need for the first delivery. Prefer Telegram? We can run your project there instead. A dedicated MonoAii app is coming soon; it is not the current communication channel.

As the work begins, we create a personal dashboard for your projects, progress and delivery dates. Both plans include a private chat with your account lead, available during our working hours. We share the service schedule when you start. You can ask for an update or share a new idea in the chat. AI can help with routine questions and status updates under human supervision. You review and approve before anything is published. Momentum also includes a weekly progress check-in.

Yes. We can help you prepare a first Shopify store or improve an existing one, as well as create emails, content and automations for your online business. Start with your product and your goal; you do not need an existing store or a technical brief. A complete store receives its own scope and schedule.

An experienced professional personally leads your account and makes the decisions. AI helps with research, production, organization and routine messages under human supervision. A human directs and checks the work and takes responsibility for the delivery; AI never works unsupervised.

You can add requests to your queue whenever you need. Steady moves through one priority at a time; Momentum can move two in parallel. As we finish one, we move to the next agreed priority. Larger projects are divided into manageable deliveries. Monthly output depends on the size and scope of the work.

Typical first deliveries take 2-3 business days on Steady and 1-2 on Momentum, once the request is active and its brief, materials and required access are ready. Larger projects receive an agreed schedule.

Yes. AI-generated images and short AI video clips can go into your request queue. We handle the production tools, so you do not need separate AI subscriptions for work we deliver. Complex productions, filming and unusually large generation volumes are scoped separately before work starts.

You subscribe and start working with us. If the service is not the right fit, request a refund within the first seven calendar days for a full refund of your first subscription payment. This is a paid start with a money-back guarantee. Final commercial terms are still under review.

You can request a pause or cancellation before your next renewal. It takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Paid media management, on-location filming, large custom software builds and 24/7 support are outside this offer. Your Shopify plan, paid apps, hosting, domains and advertising spend remain your own costs. We confirm scope before taking a request into production.
