The guarantee

Request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to request it

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your subscription, with “Refund request” in the subject, within the 7 days. We confirm by email and issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What it covers

The guarantee covers your first subscription payment. Monthly renewals are not refundable, but you can pause or cancel before your next renewal and the change takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Third-party costs you pay directly, such as your Shopify plan, apps, domains or ad spend, are outside MonoAii’s refund.

After a refund

Your subscription ends and we close your private chat. You keep the materials and accounts you shared with us. Work delivered during those days stays with you.
